A letter from the President

Hey ladies! 

My name is Alma Moegle and I am the President of Tri Delta! I am thrilled that you have chosen to participate in formal recruitment at Louisiana Tech University. I understand that you may be feeling nervous or uncertain about formal recruitment—I encourage you to take a breath and soak it all in! Joining a sorority was one of the best decisions of my college career, and I am so excited for you to experience this journey for yourself. 

When I walked into Tri Delta, I felt immediately welcomed. I knew this is a sisterhood of women that wants to know my authentic self. I felt welcomed, I felt loved, and I felt valued for who I truly am. As Tri Deltas, that’s our goal for you as a Potential New Member—we want you to come and bring you! 

Tri Delta has given me an amazing sisterhood of women who are passionate about our philanthropy, being active on campus, and making friendships that last a lifetime. Tri Delta is ready to welcome you with open arms and do our part to help you have a positive recruitment experience! 

Regardless of which house you choose, I know you will experience the same wonderful aspects of Greek Life that I have. As you learn about each house on the lane, I encourage you to approach this process with an open mind and to follow your heart. At Louisiana Tech, we are so lucky to have such an active, supportive Panhellenic community. I am so excited to meet you and for you to experience Greek Life at Louisiana Tech. You are in good hands!
